Open Houses Form

If you are on this page, that means you have booked The Venue at Birchwood for your special day and that makes us so excited. We love being able to host open houses every other month to help our couples envision their wedding day. We offer two types of open houses here at Birchwood. Two or three times a year we will have what we like to call our “vendor open houses”, which means a wide selection of vendors from our vendor referral list will be there with samples, a display and excited to meet you and answer any questions you might have for them. The other type of open house we offer is what we call “private open houses”, which are designed only for couples who have booked with us and will happen every other month. Most likely there will not be any vendors at these open houses, with some exceptions. You might want to attend one of these open houses to take engagement pictures, select your table layout, ask us questions or just to show family, friends or vendors our space. This is a great opportunity to bring your planner or florist to the venue to start planning. All we ask is that you fill out the rsvp form below. More dates will be added as planned.
