If you are on this page, this means you have booked a wedding here at The Venue at Birchwood and your day is just around the corner! We typically do your pre-wedding meeting around three weeks out from your event date. This is your final meeting with us prior to your wedding so this is the perfect time to let us know any changes or updates you have made. You will go over final table layout, day of schedule, make sure all insurance and required documents are all turned in, and given all the important reminders for your event. This is a great time to bring your planner, day of coordinator or your decision maker for the day to make sure everyone is on the same page.
